Norvell Compressor Limited Warranty

Warranty card must be submitted within 30 days of purchase with a copy of the
Master Distributor or Sub-Distributor invoice.

Norvell warrants to the original salon purchaser that it will repair or replace, at itís option, without charge, any part of the Norvell Compressor found to be defective in factory material or workmanship within one (1) year from the date of original purchase. Warranty service will be provided only at Norvellís in Alexandria, TN. You must pay all charges for shipping and transporting your Norvell Compressor to Alexandria, TN 37012, Norvell will prepay shipping charges for the return of the compressor. Any equipment shipped to Norvell without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Norvell will supply a replacement compressor, of equal quality, if repairs are to be extensive. Shipping charges are to be handled as above, the shipper will prepay for shipping.

This warranty does not cover your Norvell Compressor if it has been:

a. Modified in any way

b. Subjected to negligence or misuse

c. Operated or maintained contrary to our instructions

d. Damaged by fire, corrosion, moisture or any other occurrence beyond our control

e. Damaged in transit to the service center due to inadequate packing

f. If used with any sunless spray solution other than Norvell Sunless Spray Solution or other products developed by Norvell specifically for use with this system

Norvell will not be responsible for damage to persons or property, commercial loss or any other incidental or consequential damage caused by a defective compressor. However, some states do not allow exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

All implied warranties, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness are limited to the duration of this written warranty (1 year) . However, some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
