NT 2000 (HVLP) Turbine System

When speed, efficiency and ease of operation is what you need choose a NT-2000 (HVLP turbine) system.

The cost of a NT-2000 System is more than double of airbrush systems but it is easier to operate and is 3-5 times faster than an airbrush. The airflow from a turbine is much greater than an air compressor. So when product comes out of the gun nozzle it is moving at a faster rate. The wide airflow allows the spray droplets to be evenly distributed on the body making a flawless application. The spray droplets are bigger and heavier so when they hit the skin they stick and absorb rapidly. There is less over-spray since the droplets that miss the skin usually hit the backdrop or fall to the ground.

The Norvell NT-2000 includes several different features that distinguish our unit from others sold in the marketplace.

Our Spray Gun allows you more control when spraying.
It has a pattern width control knob for full body spraying or fine detailing
• A solution control knob to vary the amount of solution coming out of the gun
• Trigger control for Air only and spraying fine solution all the way to full solution
• Front nozzle control for 360 degree spraying
• Pressurized gun so your can turn it on its side or upside down with no leaking

An airbrush system will do a great job at spraying a full body but it can take up to 30 minutes per session. The application is usually around 2 ounces of product and takes around 12-15 minutes, 8-10 minutes to dry and 5 minutes for the customer to take off and put clothes back on. With the Norvell NT-2000 system your complete appointment time is 10 minutes (3-5 min spray time and 5 min to dry and put clothes on) versus 30 minutes with any airbrush system. An appointment for a turbine is a 3-1 ratio for every ½ hour better than an airbrush.
