Order Processing Times
- Our standard form of shipping is UPS Ground. All orders are processed and shipped from Alexandria, TN 37012. Estimated shipping times can be figured on UPS.com.
- Orders are processed Monday-Friday 8:30 am - 4:00 pm CST. SPECIAL NOTE: Due to excessive heat during May-September ORDERS CONTAINING SOLUTION SAMPLES will NOT process or ship on FRIDAYS, unless expedited shipping for Saturday delivery is requested.
- Orders will post and ship Monday-Friday within 24 hours of the order submission.
- Orders are NOT processed on the following holidays: New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, The Day After Thanksgiving, Day Before Christmas or Christmas Day. Norvell reserves the right to alter the above holiday schedule at anytime.

- ** Orders totaling $100 or more prior to any taxes or handling charges will receive FREE SHIPPING.
- ** Some items within the Norvell Pro-Store (Including ALL SAMPLES) do NOT qualify towards free shipping. Any product that is NOT a qualifying item will be noted within the product description. If you have any questions regarding qualifying items please contact us at prostore@norvelltanning.com
- ** Free shipping is only available for orders shipped within the 48 Contiguous United States.
- All qualifying orders will be shipped by standard UPS Ground.
Shipping Information
- SHIPPING OPTIONS: During check-out you will find that we offer several options for Shipping. The shopping cart automatically selects the most economical shipping method, however you may choose to upgrade your shipping services.
- ORDER STATUS: To check the status of your order, please login to your account, it is here that you may check the status of your order and retrieve any tracking information available.
Damages/Returns/Refunds
- Any damage claims must be made ASAP by calling 888.829.2831. Norvell® must be notified of damaged items within 7 business days from the date of receipt.
- Any returns must be made within 30 days of the date of invoice.
- All returns must be pre-approved and accompanied by a valid RGA# (Returned Goods Authorization Number) and a completed RGA Form (available here). To obtain return authorization and a valid RGA# please call 888.829.2831.
- The RGA# must be clearly marked on the outside of the shipping carton.
- The original invoice or copy must accompany the returned product.
- Returns will only be accepted if unopened and unused.
- Any refunds will me made in the form of a pro-store merchandise credit.
