STEP 1: TAX EXEMPT FORMS

If your business is set-up to purchase tax exempt, we must have one of the following forms on file with your current, valid resale tax information. If we do NOT have this form on file we must, by law, charge you sales tax on all purchases through the online store.

Please select your state if listed below, otherwise select the Uniform Sales and Use Certificate, download the form, and make sure to SIGN THE FORM. You will need to scan or take a photo of the form for remittance when completing the form in Step 2. If you are unsure how to fill out the form, please see THIS SAMPLE.

If your state does not require the remittance of sales tax, please proceed to STEP 2 and note your state in the sales tax section.
